This Big 3 Upgrade Kit has been designed specifically to accompany our 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Power Stroke Diesel Truck Battery Cable Kit.
Our 1/0 AWG kit is perfect when adding our Mechman 240A Alternator for your Ford truck (see below) or for alternators of up to 300A in size. The 2/0 AWG kit is perfect for larger alternators.
We recommend choosing the fuse as close to the output rating of your alternator as possible. For example, choose the 250A fuse for a 240A alternator.

Tony’s concern for the quality of his product is evident in the kits his company manufactures and in the way he handles customer service…he answers the phone himself. Tony patiently walked me through finding an engine ground location for his complete 6.0L Power Stroke Diesel Truck Battery Cable Kit and sent an extra picture to illustrate. When I discovered that the bolt on the passenger side positive terminal was too short to accommodate the extra wire from the Big-3, I called and Tony answered. After sending a couple of pictures to him, he got a replacement bolt FedEx’d the same day. The instructions were step-by-step and detailed; although, it was helpful for me to read them over several times to understand what I needed to do. Don’t hesitate to buy this kit. It is a worth-while upgrade even if you are running an OEM standard amp alternator. Overall, this is a top-notch wiring kit and company that I will recommend to others.
